微波辅助提取瓜蒌皮多糖及抗氧化活性

【摘要】 文章以瓜蒌皮为原料,采用响应面分析法对微波辅助提取瓜蒌皮多糖提取条件进行优化,并从还原力、·OH和NO2-·清除率等方面对瓜蒌皮多糖的抗氧化活性进行了研究。结果表明,当料液比为1∶40、微波提取时间为15min、微波提取功率为450W时,瓜蒌皮多糖得率最高,为2.52%。当瓜蒌皮多糖溶液质量浓度为1.2g/L时,其还原力为0.54,对·OH的清除率为72.8%,对NO2-·的清除率为35.6%。因此,瓜蒌皮多糖是一种天然的抗氧化剂。

【Abstract】 Trichosanthes kirilowii peel were used to extract polysaccharides by microwave-assisted extraction.The optimum microwave-assisted extraction conditions were obtained through response surface analysis.The antioxidant activity of Trichosanthes kirilowii peel polysaccharides was evaluated by total reducing power,hydroxyl radical scavenging assay and NO2-scavenging assay.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as followed:the material-to-liquid ratio was 1∶40,the extraction time was 15min,and the microwave power was 450W.Under these extraction conditions, the rate of polysaccharides yield were 2.52%.When its solution concentration was 1.2g/L,the reducing power,the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate and the NO2-scavenging rate of the polysaccharides were 0.54(OD),72.8% and 35.6% respectively.Trichosanthes kirilowii peel polysaccharide was a kind of natural antioxidant.
