Cu2+对东北林蛙的急性毒性
Acute toxicity of Cu2+ to Rana dybowskii tadpoles
【摘要】 采用东北林蛙(Rana dybowskii)33~35期蝌蚪暴露于加Cu2+的自来水中,研究了Cu2+对东北林蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性.实验结果表明,在水温18~24℃条件下,Cu2+对东北林蛙蝌蚪24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.189、0.118、0.058和0.027 mg/L;Cu2+对东北林蛙蝌蚪安全浓度为0.022 mg/L.说明Cu2+对东北林蛙蝌蚪具有毒性作用,为农业环境保护和治理以及两栖动物资源保护提供基础资料.
【Abstract】 The acute toxicity effect of Cu2 +to Rana dybowskii tadpoles was studied adopting standard determination technique of aquatic biological toxicity. Under the test condition of water temperature 18 ~ 24℃,the 24 h LC50,48 h LC50,72 h LC50and 96 h LC50 of Cu2 +on the tadpoles were 0. 189,0. 118, 0. 058 and 0. 027 mg/L,respectively; The safe concentration of Cu2 +on the tadpoles was 0. 022 mg/L. The Cu2 +has toxic effect to tadpoles. This research can offer reference for agricultural environment and amphidian protecting.
