【Abstract】 As the economy era coming,the impact between primitive material base and new type knowledge wealth base changes the consciousness of social about organization value. People are drawn to store knowledge wealth,and also realize that organized personal-knowledge makes an important role on expanding the knowledge base of the organization and promoting the value of the organization. The process of organized personal-knowledge and its effect to the knowledge base become the focus of the society discussion. The paper builds a model of organized personal-knowledge and analyzes the above problems based on statistics data.更多还原
