【Abstract】 The public policy plays an extremely important role in the comprehensive development of city social economy.Who makes the public policy decision in which way and which value orientation has become a vital factor that affect the development of city.The case that based on the public policy changes of fireworks in Changsha summarizes several typical stages of Changsha fireworks policy.By analyzing the same decision-making object in decision environment,the decision-making body,decision-making basis,decision-making process,decision effect and many other factors,this case interprets decision behaviors and consequences of public policy changes from the dynamic historical perspective.更多还原
