【摘要】 新生代农民工市民化是解决新生代农民工问题的关键,文章基于包容性发展的视角分析,认为新生代农民工市民化面临着政治、经济、文化及法治不包容的困境,应该始终坚持科学发展原则,通过逐步破除体制性障碍、优化国民收入分配制度、实现公共服务均等化、构建法律保障机制与提高新生代农民工自身素质,消除文化障碍等措施,推进新生代农民工市民化的及早顺利实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new migrant workers’ citizenization is the key to solve the problem of the new generation of migrant workers. The analysis holds that the new migrant workers’ citizenization is facing political, economic,cultural and legal intolerance based on the perspective of inclusive development theory. In this regard,such measures will be taken to turn the new generation of migrant workers into city residents while adhering to the principle of scientific development,eliminating institutional obstacles step by step,optimizing the national income distribution system,achieving the equalization of public services,constructing the legal safeguard mechanism,improving their own quality,and removing the cultural barriers.更多还原
