【Abstract】 With the development of market economy and the profound economic,social and cultural changes,it requiresthat Shandong province must accelerate local government innovation.On the one hand,we should make timely adjustmentsin administrative ideas,functional roles and behaviors at the strategic level.On the other hand,we should grasp the bal-ance of system space,official achievement pursuit and the main concern of the public at the practical and tactical level,particularly taking the public demand as the main consideration of innovation.No matter the requirements from either thelogic or the historical development,public service-oriented government should be the development direction of local govern-ment innovation.更多还原
