皖江城市带技术吸收水平提升与经济增长研究

【摘要】 文章首先构建一个包含16个指标的技术吸收水平综合评价指标体系,然后用因子分析方法对皖江示范区技术吸收水平进行了综合评价,分析了技术吸收水平提升对皖江示范区经济增长的影响。结论表明:承接产业转移战略实施以来,示范区整体上存在显著的技术吸收水平提升,但示范区内部各市的技术吸收水平存在着显著差异;状态空间模型分析表明技术吸收水平综合得分每增长1个单位能拉动示范区GDP增长336亿元,并且技术吸收水平变量对产出增长的影响力超过资本和劳动力要素的综合影响,这表明承接产业转移战略有效地促进了皖江示范区经济转型增长。

【Abstract】 Based on the establishment of a technological absorptive capacity evaluation index system with 16 indicators,the pa-per comprehensively evaluates the technological absorptive capacity of Wangjiang Demonstration Area by applying factor analy-sis method,and makes an analysis on the impact of technological absorptive capacity on the enhancement of the economicgrowth in Wanjiang Demonstration Area. The study shows that there is a significant growth of technological absorptive capacity inWanjiang Demonstration Area since the implementation of the Undertaking Industrial Transfer strategy. However,there are sig-nificant differences in the technological absorptive capacity in different cities of the demonstration area. The SSPACE model anal-ysis also indicates that the composite score of the technological absorptive capacity can inprove 33.6 billion yuan of GDP witheach increase of one unit in the demonstration area,and the impact of the variable of the technological absorptive capacity onthe output growth is bigger than the combined effect of capital and labor factors,which means that the implementation of Under-taking Industrial Transfer strategy effectively promotes economic transformational growth of the Wanjiang Demonstration Area.
