【Abstract】 For community colleges,the development mechanism is not only the guarantee of their healthy and sustainable de-velopment,but also a vital strategy for their improvement in social service and brand power. The paper sorts the current situa-tion and existing problems of community colleges in China. Focusing on the goals of establishing a learning society and develop-ment orientation of community colleges,the"five-aspects driven"development ideas of community colleges are proposed, which are government’s macro guidance,specifically promoted by communities,actively participated by social groups,fullysupported by enterprises and self-development of colleges. The paper also designs both an operating mechanism in terms of posi-tioning,management and teaching,and a guarantee mechanism in terms of legislation,assessment and funding.更多还原
