一种提升数控凸轮磨轮廓同步性的新算法

【摘要】 在凸轮的磨削加工过程中,由于砂轮与凸轮的接触点不一定在两者的连心线上,磨削加工会导致接触点偏移,因此,直接根据原始轮廓线数据进行加工会导致加工出的凸轮与母轮不同步.研究了砂轮半径与接触点偏差的关系,分析了用曲线拟合方法确定接触点位置所存在的问题,提出了直接根据凸轮升程的离散点数据确定接触点的算法,并证明了算法的正确性.该算法比曲线拟合算法更易于用计算机编程实现,通用性更强.实验结果表明,该算法能有效消除砂轮半径对轮廓线数据的影响,加工出的凸轮与母轮一致.

【Abstract】 In the process of CNC cam grinding,the contact point of cam and grinding wheel may not be on the line that connects the two components.The contact point may be shifted during the process of grinding,contour asynchronization may happen between the original cam and the processed one if the original contour data of cam are still used directly.The relation between the radius of grinding wheel and the offset was studied,the disadvantage of using curve fitting to determine the contact point was analyzed,and a new algorithm to determine the contact point directly from the discrete data was given and proved.Compared with the curve fitting-based methods,the algorithm can be easily implemented by using computer program,and is more applicable.The experiment results show that the algorithm can effectively eliminate the influence of the radius of grinding wheel on the cam contour,and the cam produced can be wholly identical to the original cam.
