【摘要】 目的:分析腹腔镜术后联合孕三烯酮或诺雷德治疗中、重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿合并不孕的临床效果。方法:对120例中、重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿合并不孕的患者行腹腔镜手术治疗,根据数字列表法随机分为三组,每组40例,其中一组采用孕三烯酮治疗,列为孕三烯酮组,一组采用诺雷德治疗,列为诺雷德组,其余一组未用药物治疗,列为对照组,比较三组患者术后疗效,妊娠率、复发率及不良反应。结果:①孕三烯酮组有效率为91.49%,诺雷德组为89.13%,对照组为76.19%,用药两组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②诺雷德组复发率低于对照组,术后妊娠率高于其他两组,孕三烯酮组术后妊娠率高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕三烯酮、诺雷德用于腹腔镜术后治疗中、重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿合并不孕均有显著效果,诺雷德术后复发率较低,妊娠率较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone or zoladex in treatment of moderate,severe ovarian endometriosis cyst complicated with infertility.Method:120 cases of patients with moderate,severe ovarian endometriosis cyst complicated with infertility were treated with laparoscopic operation and were randomly divided into three groups( each with 40 cases) according to the list of numbers,one group used gestrinone for treatment,as the gestrinone group; One group used zoladex for treatment,as the zoladex group; The rest group did not use drug therapy,as control group.Curative effect,pregnancy rate,recurrence rate and adverse reaction were compared anwong three groups of patients after surgery.Result: ① The effective rate of gestrinone group zoladex group the control group was 91.49%,89.13% and 76.19%,compared with control group treatment differences was statistically significant( P <0.05); ②The recurrence rate of zoladex group was lower than the control group,and the postoperative pregnancy rate was higher than the other two groups,the postoperative pregnancy rate of the gestrinone group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion: Gestrinone,Zoladex laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of moderate to severe endometriosis,ovarian cysts infertility have a significant effect,zoladex with lower recurrence rate,a higher pregnancy rate.更多还原
