【摘要】 目的:探讨封堵器介入治疗先天性心脏病的临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法:选择22例房间隔缺损(ASD)、26例动脉导管未闭(PDA)及18例室间隔缺损(VSD)患者为研究对象,采用封堵器介入治疗,观察临床疗效及治疗前后心功能指标的改变。结果:ASD、PDA及VSD成功率分别为100.0%、96.2%和94.4%。治疗后3月ASD、PDA及VSD组患者心功能指标显著改善(P<0.05),其中PDA组LVESD、LVEDV和LA显著改善,VSD组LVESD及LVEDV显著改善,ASD组RV、RA、LVESD、LVEDV及LA均显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:封堵器介入治疗先天性心脏病成功率高,疗效确切,治疗后患者心功能明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of occluder interventional therapy for congenital heart disease and the influence for cardiac function. Method: 22 cases of ASD,26 cases of PDA and 18 cases of VSD were selected as research subjects. All the patients received occluder interventional therapy. Clinical effect and cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were studied.
