CPCM/PP蓄热调温纤维的制备及表征
Preparation and characterization of thermo-regulated CPCM /PP fibers
【摘要】 采用熔融复合纺丝法,通过自制的复合纺丝组件,以聚丙烯(PP)为皮层,由脂肪酸酯类和高级酯肪族醇类组成的复合相变材料(CPCM)为芯层,制备了具有皮芯结构的CPCM/PP蓄热调温纤维,并对纤维的结构与性能进行表征。结果表明:CPCM/PP初生纤维呈皮芯结构,其直径约为100μm;当CPCM/PP质量比为55∶45时,其初生纤维在70℃下5倍拉伸后,得到的CPCM/PP蓄热调温纤维中CPCM的质量分数为53.63%,熔融相变温度与结晶相变温度分别为32.65~48.02℃和20.96~39.02℃,熔融焓和结晶焓分别为90.04,81.01 J/g,纤维线密度为10.3 dtex,断裂强度为2.59 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为41.38%。
【Abstract】 A sheath-core thermo-regulated composite phase change material/polypropylene( CPCM/PP) fiber was prepared with PP as the sheath and CPCM of fatty acid ester and high fatty alcohol as the core by using a self-made composite spinning pack via composite melt-spinning process. The structure and properties of the fiber were characterized. The results showed that the as-spun CPCM /PP fiber appeared a sheath-core structure with the diameter about 100 μm; and the produced thermo-regulated CPCM /PP fiber had the CPCM mass fraction of 53. 63%,melt phase change temperature 32. 65- 48. 02 ℃,crystallization phase change temperature 20. 96- 39. 02 ℃,melting enthalpy 90. 04 J /g,crystallization enthalpy 81. 01 J /g,linear density10. 3 dtex,breaking strength 2. 59 cN /dtex and elongation at break 41. 38% when the as-spun fiber with CPCM /PP mass ratio of55∶45 was drawn 5 times at 70 ℃.
