三聚氰胺纤维发展现状及其改性进展
Development status and modification progress of melamine fiber
【摘要】 介绍了国内外三聚氰胺纤维的发展现状及其改性技术进展;三聚氰胺纤维的制备方法,以德国BASF公司的干法纺最具代表性,其次是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂/聚乙烯醇共混纺丝技术;三聚氰胺纤维的改性主要是提高其成纤性能、热稳定性、阻燃性能及力学性能等;指出我国三聚氰胺纤维将很快进入良性工业化开发及应用时代,进一步拓宽其耐高温纤维市场。
【Abstract】 The development status and modification technology progress of melamine fiber were introduced in China and abroad. The most representative production technology of melamine fiber was the dry spinning process of BASF Co.,Germany,and the second was melamine formaldehyde resin / polyvinyl alcohol blend spinning process; the modification of melamine fiber was to improve the fiber formation,thermal stability,flame retardancy and mechanical properties. It was pointed out that China melamine fiber industry would enter an era of positive industrialization development and application in the future,and the market for hightemperature resistant fibers should be further enhanced.
