【摘要】 目的观察滋阴润燥生津汤治疗干燥综合征(SS)前后人体免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG及IgM的变化,分析其对机体免疫功能的调节作用。方法将112例SS患者随机分为2组,治疗组56例予滋阴润燥生津汤口服加雾化吸入治疗,对照组56例予硫酸羟氯喹片治疗。治疗2个月后检测免疫球蛋白指标变化情况,统计临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92.86%,对照组总有效率71.43%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后免疫球蛋白指标较本组治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),而对照组变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后免疫球蛋白指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善情况优于对照组。结论滋阴润燥生津汤可有效地调节SS患者机体的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Ziyin Runzao shengjin decoction on IgA,IgG and IgM of Sjogren syndrome( SS). Methods 112 patients with SS were randomly divided into two groups. 56 cases in treatment group were treated by Ziyin Runzao shengjin decoction combined with inhalation therapy. 56 patients in control group were given hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets.( Immunoglobulin indicators) changes were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group( 92. 86%) was superior to that in control group( 71. 43%,P < 0. 05). Immunoglobulin indicators after treatment were sisnificantly improved as conpared with those before treatment in treatment group( P < 0. 05). There were sisnifi cant difference between two groups on the immuanoslobulin indicators after treatment( P < 0. 05). The improvements of immanoslobulin indicators in treatment group were superior to those in control group after treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ziyin Runzao shengjin decoction can effectively relieve the main symptoms in patients with SS and improved correlation detection indicators,with better clinical efficacy.更多还原
