【摘要】 目的观察荆花胃康胶丸联合盐酸伊托必利分散片治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将158例FD患者随机分为2组。治疗组79例予荆花胃康胶丸联合盐酸伊托必利分散片治疗,对照组79例仅予盐酸伊托必利分散片治疗,2组疗程均为4周。比较2组疗效,观察2组治疗前后主要临床症状评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率92.41%,对照组总有效率60.76%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后主要临床症状评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低明显(P<0.05)。结论荆花胃康胶丸联合盐酸伊托必利分散片治疗FD,可明显提高疗效,不良反应无明显增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of combined therapy of Jinghuaweikang capsule and Itopride hydrochloride dispersible tablets for functional dyspepsia. Methods One hundred and fifty eight patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly grouped into experimental group( n = 79) and the control group( n = 79). The patients in the experimental group were given 2 capsule of Jinghuaweikang capsule,3 times a day in addition to Itopride Hydrochloride Tablets 50 mg,3 times per day for four weeks. The patients in the control group were only given Itopride Hydrochloride Tablets 3 times a day for 4 weeks. The therapeutic efficacy and side effects were compared between the two groups by chi square test. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group( 92. 41%) was superior to that in the control group( 60. 76%,P < 0. 05). No severe side- effects were found in the both groups. Conclusion Jinghuaweikang capsules combined with Itopride hydrochloride dispersible tablets can more significantly improve general efficacy and symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia than single use of motility medicine Itopride hydrochloride dispersible tablets.更多还原
