【摘要】 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endo-thelial growth factor,VEGF)、微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)和细胞增殖核抗原(Ki-67)在大肠癌组织中的表达及预后意义。方法采用免疫组织化学检测64例大肠癌组织中VEGF、MVD和Ki-67的表达情况,并分析其与大肠癌临床病理特点和预后的关系。结果免疫组织化学检测显示VEGF、MVD、Ki-67表达在不同Dukes分期、淋巴结有无转移中存在明显差异(P<0.05),不同分化程度之间MVD表达存在差异(P<0.05),而三者的表达与性别、年龄、部位、大小无关(P>0.05),VEGF、Ki-67表达与MVD呈正相关,且VEGF、MVD表达与预后相关。结论 VEGF、MVD、Ki-67表达与Dukes分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度相关,VEGF、MVD与预后相关,可作为检测大肠癌预后的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and the prognostic significance of vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF),microvessel density( MVD) and Ki-67 in colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression levels of VEGF,MVD and Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 64 cases of colorectal carcinoma,and the correlation between their expressions and clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma was analyzed. Results The results by immunohistochemical staining showed that there were significant differences in the expression levels of VEGF MVD and Ki-67 in different Dukes stages,with or without lymph node metastasis( P < 0. 05),there were significant differences in the expression levels of MVD in different differentiation degree( P < 0. 05). However the expressions of VEGF,MVD and Ki-67 were not related with patient’s age and sex,tumor’s size and position( P > 0. 05),moreover,the expression levels of VEGF and Ki-67 were positively correlated to those of MVD,and the expression of VEGF and MVD was correlated to patient’s prognosis. Conclusion The expressions of VEGF,MVD,Ki-67 are related with Dukes staging,lymph node metastasis,tumor differentiation degree. The expression of VEGF and MVD is correlated to prognosis of patients with colorectal carcinoma,which can be regarded as reference parameters for evaluating patient’s prognosis.更多还原
