【摘要】 目的探讨主要照顾者的护理培训对脑卒中患者康复的影响。方法选择100例脑卒中偏瘫患者及其主要照顾者随机分成观察组50例和对照组50例。观察组对脑卒中主要照顾者实施个性化的护理培训和指导,对照组按神内科常规护理指导。结果实施护理培训后观察组主要照顾者护理知识考核得分与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力Barthel指数测定变化:两组干预前比较,评分差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;护理培训结束3月后两组评分均增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论主要照顾者的护理培训,可提高脑卒中照顾者护理技能,为脑卒中患者提供了连续的护理,促进脑卒中患者疾病的康复,提高生命的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of nursing training caregivers on the rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods The100 cases of stroke patients and their primary caregivers were randomly divided into the observation group 50 cases and control group with 50 cases.
