白屈菜胶囊成型工艺

【摘要】 目的探讨白屈菜胶囊的成型工艺。方法以吸湿率为指标考察辅料的种类及配比;以颗粒吸湿率和成型率为指标,筛选最佳成型工艺条件,并考察颗粒的休止角,堆密度,临界相对湿度。结果主药与辅料(可溶性淀粉:糊精=3∶1)按4:5的比例混匀,加入75%乙醇制软材,20目筛制粒,所得颗粒的休止角为18.8°,堆密度为0.47 g/mL,临界相对湿度为80%。结论该成型工艺合理、可行,为大生产提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the formulation procedure of Chelidonium majus capsule. Methods Category and ratio of accessories were investigated by taking moisture absorption percentage as index; Optimum molding technology were screened by taking moisture absorption percentage and molding rate of granule as indexes,and investigated angle of repose,Bulk density and critical relative humidity of granule. Results Main drug and excipients( soluble starch: dextrin = 3: 1) 4: 5 mix ratio by adding 75% ethanol to prepare soft material,20-mesh sieve granulator,the angle of repose of the resulting granules 18. 8°,a bulk density of 0. 47 g / mL,the critical relative humidity of 80%. Conclusion The molding technology is reasonable and can provide reliable basis for large-scale production.
