Pentacam综合眼前节三维分析系统在原发性闭角型青光眼诊断中的应用

【摘要】 目的通过研究证明Pentacam综合眼前节三维分析系统可以应用于原发性闭角型青光眼(primary angle-closure glaucoma,PACG)的早期筛查。方法选取正常对照组、急性PACG缓解期组、慢性PACG组、急性PACG临床前期组、慢性PACG对侧眼组各25只眼,应用Pentacam综合眼前节三维分析系统测量前房形态参数,包括前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)、前房容积(anterior chamber volume,ACV)、前房夹角(anterior chamber angle,ACA)。结果正常对照组前房形态3种参数测量值均大于其他各组(P<0.01),而PACG各组之间3种参数测量值差异无统计学意义。结论 Pentacam综合眼前节三维分析系统测量前房形态参数可以为PACG患者的筛查和早期诊断提供依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To demonstrate whether Pentacam three dimension anterior eye segment analysis system can be used in the early screening of primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG).Methods Five groups were included in the study:normal control group,primary acute angle-closure glaucoma(APACG) remission group,primary chronic angle closure glaucoma(CPACG) group,APACG preclinical group and CPACG contralater group.Then measured three parameters of anterior chamber morphology of the 25 eyes in each group by using Pentacam three dimension anterior eye segment analysis system including anterior chamber depth(ACD),anterior chamber volume(ACV),anterior chamber angle(ACA).Results Measurements of the three parameters of anterior chamber morphology in the normal control group were higher than the other four groups(P< 0.01).While the differences between the four PACG groups were not statistically significant.Conclusion Parameters of anterior chamber morphology measured by Pentacam three dimension anterior eye segment analysis system can provide basis in the screening and early treatment of PACG patients.
