【摘要】 目的评价α-硫辛酸与前列地尔、甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及安全性。方法将200例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各100例。2组均积极控制血糖,对照组给予前列地尔10μg及甲钴胺0.5mg,1次/d,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加用α-硫辛酸注射液600mg,1次/d。疗程均为21d。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后神经传导速度的变化。结果 2组治疗期间均无明显不良反应;治疗组临床效果及神经传导速度改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸与前列地尔、甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,起到了协同互补作用,见效快,疗效显著,能明显缩短住院时间,安全性强,老年人无需特殊调整剂量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the treatment effect and safety of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by combination therapy with DL-thioctic acid,prostandin E1 and mecobalamin.Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy(n = 200) were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 100) and control group(n = 100).Blood sugar was under controll in each group.Patients of control group were treated with prostandin E1 10μg and mecobalamin 0.5rag once a day.Patients of treatment group were added with DL-thioctic acid 600mg once a day.The course of treatment in two groups was both for 21 days.The clinical curative effect and the change of nerve conduction velocity were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results Patients in both groups had no obvious adverse reactions during treatment.The clinical effect and nerve conduction velocity were obviously improved.However,the clinical effect and nerve conduction velocity of the treatment group were significantly better than those of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Combined application of DL-thioctic acid with prostandin E1 and mecobalamin is beneficial for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.The therapy can significantly shorten the length of hospital stay.Moreover,strong security and no special adjustment of dosage are needed for old people.更多还原
