【摘要】 目的:探索一种安全、有效、操作简单的中面部年轻化治疗方案。方法:对35例患者采用多层次注射技术治疗:1含自体脂肪组织注射填充于面中部组织深层(筋膜下或骨膜上),2肉毒毒素注射于鼻唇沟纹处皮下表情肌内,3透明质酸注射于产生皱纹处皮肤的浅层(真皮深层或真皮下)。结果:通过对35例患者的跟踪随访发现,显效者31例,有效者4例。所有接受治疗的患者在注射1个月后,在动态、静态下,中面部皱纹、皮肤软组织松弛状态均明显减轻,未见表情僵硬、局部皮肤臃肿、皮下结节等并发症发生。随访3-6个月,治疗效果一直维持,患者满意度高。结论:多层次注射技术是一种安全、有效、操作简单的中面部年轻化治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore a safe,effective and easy therapy for mid-facial rejuvenation.Methods:Thirty-five cases were treated with multi-layer injection skill in three steps according to their circumstances respectively.1Auto-fat granules were injected into the sub-fascial layer or supraperiosteal layer for volume supplement.2Botulinum Type A were injected into the target mimetic muscles to relieve dynamic wrinkles.3Hyaluronic acid were injected into the sub-epidermal layer or the dermic layer to treat the superficial static wrinkles.Results:Facial dynamic and static wrinkles and skin laxity improved significantly in 31 cases,and moderately in the other 4cases one month after injection.No masked facial expression,local tissue bloated,or subcutaneous nodules were found in all cases.The effect last for 3-6 month with high degree satisfaction.Conclusion:The multi-layer injection skill is a safe,effective,and easy therapeutic method for mid-facial rejuvenation.更多还原
