【摘要】 目的:检测巨噬细胞加帽蛋白(CapG)在结直肠癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达,探讨其在结直肠癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用实时定量逆转录PCR法检测30例结直肠癌及癌旁正常组织中CapG mRNA的表达水平的差异,分析结直肠癌组织中CapG mRNA表达水平与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:结直肠癌组织CapG mRNA的表达量(0.240±0.029)高于对应癌旁正常组织(0.130±0.011),但差异无统计学意义(t=1.616,P=0.241)。CapG mRNA在结直肠癌中的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移等因素无关联性(t=0.591,0.841,-1.420,0.425,-1.366;P=0.559,0.408,0.167,0.674,0.183);而与肿瘤部位、分化、分期相关(F=3.642,t=2.412,t=-2.479;P=0.040,0.023,0.019),其中CapG mRNA在左半结肠癌(0.560±0.002)、右半结肠癌(0.250±0.009)及直肠癌(0.150±0.004)中表达水平存在依次减少差异,而以左半结肠中表达最高,差异具有统计学意义(F=3.642,P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌中CapG差异表达可作为判断肿瘤恶性程度的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the expression of macrophage capping protein(CapG)in colorectal carcinoma tissues and corresponding normal colorectal tissues,explore the relationship between the expression of CapG and the pathologic features,and discuss the role of CapG playing in the development of colorectal carcinoma.Methods:Expression of CapG mRNA in colorectal carcinoma tissues and corresponding normal colorectal tissues carcinoma were evaluated by real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain in 30post-operative patients with colorectal carcinoma.The relationship between expression of CapG in colorectal carcinoma and clinical parameters was analyzed.Results:The expression of CapG mRNA showed no statistical significance betweencolorectal carcinoma tissues and its adjacent corresponding normal colorectal tissues(0.240±0.029 versus 0.130±0.011).The expression of CapG mRNA was not correlated with gender,age,tumor size,infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis(t=0.591,0.841,-1.420,0.425,and-1.366,respectively;P=0.559,0.408,0.167,0.674,and 0.183,respectively);but positively correlated with the tumor location,differentiation,clinical stages of the patients(F=3.642,t=2.412,t=-2.479,respectively;P=0.040,0.023,0.019respectively),and the alignment of the expression level of CapG mRNA in the colorectal carcinoma from the highest to the lowest was the left colorectal(0.560±0.002),the right colorectal(0.250±0.009)and the rectum(0.150±0.004),which has the statistical significance(F= 3.642,P<0.05).Conclusion:The different expression of CapG was a marker of tumor malignant degree.更多还原
