【摘要】 目的:研究胃癌患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平与胃癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的关系。方法:采用放射免疫测定法(IRMA)及免疫组化SP染色法检测66例胃癌及18例正常对照的血清IGF-1水平及组织VEGF的表达。结果:胃癌患者血清IGF-1含量较正常对照组有显著升高(P<0.05),两组间VEGF的表达有明显差异(P<0.05)。不同IGF-1水平VEGF阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌患者血清IGF-1水平与癌组织VEGF表达密切相关,提示IGF-1、VEGF可能参与了胃癌的发生发展过程,可望作为胃癌诊治的重要检测指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the level of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in serum and the expression of tissue vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and to investigate its clinical significance in gastric carcinoma.Methods:Immunoradiometric assay(IRMA)and SP immunohistochemical examination was set up and used for determination of serum IGF-1level and tissue VEGF expression respectively in patients with gastric carcinoma(n=66)and healthy controls(n=18).Results:The level of IGF-1in patients with gastric carcinoma was higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.05),while difference in the expression of tissue VEGF between the two groups was significant(P<0.05)too.The difference in level of serum IGF-1and expression of tissue VEGF was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum IGF-1is closely correlated with the tissue expression of VEGF,and it suggests that both of them were involved in tumorogenesis and tumor progress in gastric cancer and thus they might be the key markers in the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.更多还原
