【摘要】 目的:研究凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(sLOX-1)在男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者(OSAHS)中的水平。方法:选取2011年9月-2012年6月于武汉大学人民医院鼾症中心住院的102例男性患者行多导睡眠监测,进一步分为轻度组(n=24),中度组(n=14)和重度组(n=64)。ELISA法监测患者血清sLOX-1水平,并在1月后随访。结果:对正常对照组、轻度和中度OSAHS患者相比,重度OSAHS患者血清sLOX1水平升高,血清sLOX1水平与夜间平均血压、总甘油三酯(TG)、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)水平呈正相关。1个月后随访,重度OSAHS患者血清sLOX1水平明显降低(P<0.001)。结论:血清sLOX-1与重度OSAHS密切相关,男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者sLOX-1水平升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the changes of soluble lectin-like oxidized LDL receptor 1(sLOX-1)in male patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 102male patients with OSAHS and 16controls were enrolled in the study,from September 2011 to June 2012.Patients with OSAHS were further divided into mild(n=24),moderate(n=14) and severe OSAHS groups(n=64).Serum sLOX-1concentration was measured by ELISA kit before treatment and one month after treatment.Results:The sLOX1levels in the severe OSAHS group were significantly higher than in mild OSAHS,moderate OSAHS and control groups.Serum levels of sLOX-1were correlated positively with mean blood pressure(night),serum triglyceride(TG),AHI,and LSaO2.Circulating sLOX-1was independently associated with AHI by a multiple regression analysis.sLOX-1levels were significantly reduced(P<0.001)after a month of treatment.Conclusion:High levels of sLOX-1were closely linked with the presence of severe OSAHS.Elevated sLOX-1were found in male patients with OSAHS.更多还原
