A novel molecular imprinting polymer membrane electrode of gatifloxacin was prepared.The electrode showed an excellent selectivity and stability.The properties of electrode were studied in detail.It exhibited a Nernst response in the concentration range of 1.0×10-5~1.0×10-2 mol/L with a slope of57.44mV/pC,and the detection limit is 5.6×10-5 mol/L.The electrode was successfully employed to detect gatifloxacin with recoveries of 96%~101%.
