高强机制砂混凝土抗压性能试验研究

【摘要】 选用工程常用的机制砂、粉煤灰、高效减水剂配制绿色高强混凝土,通过试验研究了砂率、粉煤灰掺量、骨料最大粒径等因素对机制砂混凝土拌合物的工作性能和抗压性能的影响.混凝土配合比采用水胶比为0.31,0.28;砂率为29%,31%,33%,35%;粉煤灰掺量为0%,25%,35%,45%;碎石最大粒径为5,10,16,20 mm.结果表明:采用砂率33%、粉煤灰掺量最佳范围为25%~35%、碎石粒径为5~20 mm的连续级配碎石,可配制满足结构工程用C50~C80高强机制砂混凝土.研究成果为同类工程建设提供了科学依据.

【Abstract】 The machine-made sand,fly ash and high efficiency slushing agent were selected to prepare the green high-strength concrete. The effects of sand ratio,content of fly ash,maximum aggregate size and etc. on the workability of fresh concrete and the compressive property of hardened concrete were studied by experiments. For the mix proportion of concrete,0. 31 and 0. 28 were chosen as the values of water-binder ratio,29%,31%,33% and 35% as sand ratio,0%,25%,35% and 45% as content of fly ash,and5 mm,10 mm,16 mm and 20 mm as maximum aggregate size of crushed stone. The results show that the C50 ~ C80 high-strength concrete with machine-made sand can be prepared for structural engineerings by adopting the 33% sand ratio,the best range 25% ~35% of content of fly ash and the continuous grading crushed stone in size of 5 ~ 20 mm.
