真菌发酵液抗烟草花叶病毒及抗性物质的初步研究

【摘要】 从17种真菌中筛选出能引起云烟87系统抗性的9种真菌发酵液,这9种发酵液对烟草花叶病毒的防效均大于了65%。其中苹果轮纹菌的相对防效高达91%,为防效最好的真菌。并对这些防效较好的真菌活性物质做了初步鉴定。结果表明,xfpf-6和C1真菌发酵液的活性物质为蛋白质,并运用分子生物学研究手段结合生物信息学方法鉴定出这两种能产生具有诱导植物系统抗性的蛋白激发子的真菌分别属于青霉属(Penicillium)和镰刀孢菌属(Fusarium)真菌。

【Abstract】 Plant virus is an important disease in the world. Activator protein can induce plant creating systemic acquired resistance that is effective against plant pathogens. We screened of fungal elicitor from 17 kinds of fungi, which can enhance the systemic resistance of tobacco to tobacco mosaic virus(TMV). Among these fungi, 9 kinds of fungi had a certain controlling effects to the disease, their controlling effects all reached 65%. The results showed that fermentation broth of Botryosphaeria berengriana had the best control effect on the tobacco mosaic virus disease, which was 91%. The fungus XFPF-6 and C1, produces protein activator which had a high activity to induce plant creating systemic acquired resistance, was identified and classified using genetics, molecular biology and bio-informatics as Penicillium and Fusarium.
