融雪剂对小叶丁香幼苗生理生化指标的影响

【摘要】 利用盆栽法对小叶丁香(Sytingamicrophylla)在融雪剂胁迫下的生理生化指标进行了测定。结果表明,不同浓度融雪剂处理的小叶丁香叶片膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均高于对照,与对照差异显著(P<0.05)。随融雪剂浓度的增大,小叶丁香叶片膜透性、MDA含量逐渐增大;Pro含量呈先降低后升高的趋势;SOD活性呈先升高后降低的趋势。小叶丁香对低浓度(3 g/L)的融雪剂具有一定的耐盐性,高浓度(12 g/L)的融雪剂对小叶丁香造成严重伤害。

【Abstract】 The stress of snowmelt agent was studied by determing the physiological characteristics of Sytingamicrophylla seedlings under the salt stress. Results showed that the leaf membrane permeability of Sytingamicrophylla seedings, MDA content,Pro content, SOD activity under different snowmelt agent concentration was higher than that of the contrast. There was significant difference with the contrast(P <0.05). The leaf membrane permeability of Sytingamicrophylla seedings, MDA content increased with the increase of snowmelt agent concentration. Pro content decreased first then increased. SOD activity increased first then decreased with the increase of snowmelt agent stress. Sytingamicrophylla seedlings had certain salt tolerance(3 g / L). High concentration(12 g / L) snowmelt agent can cause serious damage to Sytingamicrophylla seedlings.
