【Abstract】 The rapid urbanization, fierce social competition, rural culture gradually attracts more and more attention. Southern regions in Jiangsu province with its unique historical features and geographical advantages, rural and cultural tourism is developing rapidly. Both rural culture and rural tourism are inseparable. Tourism resources of Sunan rural culture should be mutually developed and utilized. The overall planning ideas should be strengthened. The local culture should be adhered to as the core region. Construction of rural and cultural tourism facility should be enhanced.
