菠萝叶粉碎还田技术研究与双辊式粉碎还田机的设计

【摘要】 根据菠萝叶的生物学特性和力学特性,设计了菠萝叶粉碎还田处理的工艺路线,在此基础上,对刀辊布置、刀具排布等进行了综合分析,设计了1BHJ-100型双辊式菠萝叶粉碎还田机,并对其总体结构、工作原理与主要技术参数进行了介绍,最后对该样机进行了初步的田间试验。结果表明,该样机能够实现一次粉碎达到还田要求,提高了菠萝叶粉碎还田的效率,具有较大的经济效益和生态效益。

【Abstract】 Based on the biological characteristics and mechanical properties of pineapple leaf,the returning crushing processing route for pineapple leaves was designed.Based on the processing route,the arrangement of rotors and cutters were carried on comprehensive analysis.The 1 BHJ-100 double rotor returning machine for pineapple leaf was designed.The overall structure,working principles and main technical parameters of the birotor returning machine were introduced.The preliminary field experiment of the prototype was carried out.The results showed that the prototype could meet requirements of farmers and improve the efficiency.The machine had huge economic and ecological benefits.
