超声波-微波协同萃取枇杷叶黄酮的工艺研究

【摘要】 为研究超声波-微波辅助法提取枇杷[Eriobotrya japonica(Thnnb.)Lindl]叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件,以总黄酮类化合物提取量为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化超声波-微波辅助提取枇杷叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,在微波功率为160 W、提取时间为240 s、料液比为1∶50(m/V,g∶mL)、乙醇体积分数为45%,黄酮类化合物的提取量最高达115.41 mg/g。超声波-微波辅助法提取枇杷叶黄酮类化合物提取量高,提取时间短、乙醇用量少,是从枇杷叶中提取总黄酮化合物的有效方法。

【Abstract】 To investigate the optimal extraction of flavonoids from the loquat leaves by ultrasonic-microwave, the content of total flavonoids was determined with the single factor test and the orthogonal experiment. The results showed that optimal conditions were ultrasound normally open, microwave irradiated of 320 w, microwave time of 240 s, the material / liquid ratio of 1∶50(m / v,g∶mL)and 45% ethanol volume fraction. The flavonoid content of loquat leaf was 115.41 mg.g-1. It is indicated that ultrasonic-microwave method was one of the most effective methods to extract flavonoid from loquat leaf, with short extraction time and high extraction rate.
