比较人工配方和天然饲料对甘蓝夜蛾生长发育的影响

【摘要】 分别以甘蓝(Brassica oleracea)、甜菜(Beta vulgaris)和灰菜(Chenopodium album)3种植物叶粉为主要原料配制人工饲料,并以相应的天然新鲜叶片作为对照,在温度为25℃,光照/黑暗=14 h/10 h,相对湿度为75%的条件下饲养甘蓝夜蛾,并调查其前三代的幼虫存活率、化蛹率、羽化率等指标。结果表明,以灰菜叶粉为主要原料的人工饲料的饲养效果最好,和新鲜灰菜叶相比平均产卵量多523粒,平均历期短1.93 d,平均蛹重高30 mg,继代繁殖无明显退化现象;灰菜易于种植与取得,此配方较适合用于实验室对甘蓝夜蛾的连续饲养。

【Abstract】 Cabbage moth is harmful to cabbage, sugar beet and Chenopodium album, so the prevention and control of cabbage moth is imminent. Using Cabbage, sugar beet and Chenopodium album’s plant leaf powder as artificial feed and the corresponding natural fresh leaf as a control,Cabbage moth were beared under the temperature of 25 ℃, the light cycle of L14:DIO, the relative humidity of 75% to investigate the survival rate of larvae,pupation rate and eclosion rate and other indicators of the first three generations. The results showed that the Chenopodium album’s powder had the best effect compared with fresh Chenopodium album’s leaves. Taking pigweed’s powder as artificial feed,its spawning number are 523 more, duration are 1.93 d shorter, pupa weight are 30 mg higher. Transgenerational breeding had no obvious degradation phenomenon.Because Chenopodium album is easy to grow and obtain, the formula is suitable for continuous breeding of cabbage moth in the laboratory.
