不同形态氮素对小白菜、茼蒿体内硝酸盐积累的影响

【摘要】 通过随机区组试验,研究了温室不同形态氮素对小白菜(Brassica chinensis)和茼蒿(Chrysanthemum coronarium)两种叶菜体内硝酸盐积累的影响。结果表明,不同形态氮素对小白菜和茼蒿体内的硝酸盐积累的影响存在差异,其各个时期的硝酸盐含量均表现为施用硝态氮>铵态氮>酰胺态氮>不施氮肥,整体上各形态氮素处理的硝酸盐含量随着时间均呈先增加后减少的趋势;硝酸还原酶活性与硝酸盐含量变化呈正相关,而谷氨酰胺合成酶活性则无明显的规律性。2种叶菜硝酸盐累积量表现为小白菜大于茼蒿。

【Abstract】 The effects of different forms of nitrogen on nitrate accumulation in the body of Brassica chinensis and Chrysanthemum coronarium in the greenhouse were studied with randomized block experiment. The results showed that effects of different forms of nitrogen on nitrate accumulation in the body of Brassica chinensis and Chrysanthemum coronarium were different.The order of nitrate content in every period were nitrate nitrogen > ammonium nitrogen > amide nitrogen > no fertilizer. The nitrate accumulation was increased and then decreased over time with the nitrate reductase activity(NRA) in vivo and root activity positively correlated. The nitrate reductase activity of glutamine had no obvious regulation. The nitrate cumulate of Brassica chinensis was more than that of Chrysanthemum coronarium.
