【摘要】 长江中下游地区是中国小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)和大麦(Hordeum vulgare L.)的重要产区,利用冬闲田种植小麦和大麦可以提高粮食产能,保障粮食安全。近年来,随着农村劳动力成本的增加,冬闲田面积有大幅增加的趋势。针对该区域冬闲田存在的主要原因,提出了机械条播、少免耕和秸秆还田等利用冬闲田的关键技术,同时也提出了实行土地制度创新、增强农田基本水利建设、提高机械化生产水平及加强配套栽培技术研究等政策和技术建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the mainly exsisting reasons of winter fallow fields, the technologies of mechanical drilling,minimum-tillage and straw returning were proposed.
