野牡丹属植物的细胞学研究
Cytological Studies of Melastoma Plants
【摘要】 采用压片法对野牡丹属(Melastoma)5个种植物进行细胞学研究。结果表明,野牡丹属5个种植物染色体数目均为2n=24,染色体长度为0.43~2.99μm,为小染色体。通过染色体核型对称性分析,5个种植物从原始到进化的顺序可能为地菍(Melastoma dodecandrum)、野牡丹(Melastoma candidum)、展毛野牡丹(Melastoma normale)、细叶野牡丹(Melastoma intermedium)、多花野牡丹(Melastoma affine)。
【Abstract】 Chromosome numbers and types of the 5 species of Melastoma plants were studied by the squash method.The results showed that the chromosome number was 2n=24 and chromosome sizes were varied from 0.43 μm to 2.99 μm,belonging to small chromosome type.By analyzing the karyotypic symmetry,the evolutional trend of the 5 species may be in order of Melastoma dodecandrum,Melastoma candidum,Melastoma normale,Melastoma intermedium and Melastoma affine.
