玉簪两个变异无性系与原种农艺性状差异分析

【摘要】 试验采用形态观察和描述的方法对玉簪(Hosta)两个变异无性系与相应的原种金冠的13个农艺性状进行差异分析。结果表明,玉簪两个变异无性系株高、芽数、叶脉数、叶片数、全叶长、花朵直径等6个主要形态性状和原种差异显著(P<0.05)。变异无性系1可作为切叶、切花新品种,变异无性系2可作为观赏盆栽新品种。

【Abstract】 The differences of 13 agronomic characters between two mutant lines and protospecies of Hosta were analyzed by morphological observation and description. Results showed that there were significant differences in 6 main agronomic characters including plant height, bud number, vein number, leaf number, leaf length and flower diameter between two mutant lines and protospecies of Hosta. Mutant clone 1 could be used as a new variety cut leaf or cut flower. Mutant clone 2 could be used as ornamental potted variety.
