转PEPC基因水稻的抗旱性

【摘要】 以稳定的转磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶基因(PEPC基因)水稻和非转基因水稻为供试材料,研究其在干旱条件下的净光合速率、活性氧产生速率及主要叶绿素荧光参数的变化。结果表明,在干旱条件下,转PEPC基因水稻与非转基因水稻相比,具有较稳定的净光合速率、较高的Fv/Fm和NPQ、较低的qP;光系统对过剩光能的耗散能力强,能够保护光系统免受过剩光能的伤害,从而减小活性氧产生速率。因此,转PEPC基因水稻在干旱条件下表现出耐光抑制的特性。

【Abstract】 Using PEPC transgenic rice and non-transgenic rice as materials, the mechanism of photoprotection in PEPC transgenic plant, net photosynthetic rate(Pn), endogenous superoxide anion generation rate(O2-·) and the variation of major chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in leaves were measured under drought stress were studied, The results showed that compared with the control, PEPC transgenic plant exhibited higher net photosynthetic rate(Pn), Fv/ Fmand NPQ, but had lower qP. The higher NPQ under drought stress made the PEPC transgenic rice leaves disperse more light energy as heat,thus decreased the of producing rate of ·-O2in PS Ⅱ. It is indicated the PEPC transgenic rice had photooxidation tolerance under drought condition.
