赤眼鳟的引种、驯养与人工繁殖技术研究

【摘要】 2013年2~7月,从浙江省湖州市太湖水域引种野生赤眼鳟(Squaliobarbus curriculus Richardson)340尾,进行了亲本池塘驯养和规模化人工繁殖试验。结果表明,以配合饲料(粗蛋白质含量≥40%)和大麦(浸泡)以质量比1∶1进行投喂,2龄赤眼鳟亲本经过3个月池塘强化培育,性腺成熟率达100%;绝对怀卵量为(14.66±3.47)×104粒,相对怀卵量为317.76粒/g,成熟系数为26.72%;人工繁殖可采用1次注射,雌鱼最佳激素配伍为1 200 IU/kg HCG+3μg/kg LRH-A2,雄鱼减半;赤眼鳟属于春季繁殖类型,产卵方式以人工授精最佳,繁殖旺期在5~6月,水温在22~25℃之间,催产率、受精率和孵化率可达96%以上。

【Abstract】 340 wild Squaliobarbus curriculus Richardson were obtained from Huzhou city in Zhejiang province during the period from February to July of 2013. The trials on pond brood fish cultivation and artificial propagation on large scale were carried out in fry-base of Wuhan fisheries science research institute. Results showed that after cultured in pond with the same proportion of mixed feed of formula feed(over 40% of crude protein) and barley soaked for 3 months, fish of twoyear-old were found to be of 100% sexual maturing with well-developed gonads. The average absolute fecundity of two-yearold fish was 146 600 eggs with the average relative fecundity of 317.76 and maturing coefficient of 26.72%. The proper hormone dosage for the female was 1 200 IU / kg HCG+3 μg / kg LRH-A2fish weight, and the half for the male with one injection. Squaliobarbus curriculus Richardson was a style of spring breeding with dry-method. The suitable season of induction in the region of Hubei province was between the late of May and June, the water temperatures was stable at 22~25 ℃. The induced ovulating rate, egg fertilizing rate and hatchability reached to more than 96%.
