北京地区三个日本晚樱品种花芽形态分化的比较

【摘要】 对3个日本晚樱(Prunus 1annesiana)品种在北京地区花芽形态分化过程连续3年的观察发现,日本晚樱单瓣品种大岛樱花芽从7月开始分化,翌年3月底和4月初开花,花芽分化可依次分为花原基分化期、萼片分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期和雌蕊分化期共5个时期。相对于单瓣大岛樱而言,重瓣品种普贤像和一叶呈现花原基分化晚、花瓣分化期持续时间长、雄蕊分化期持续时间短、雌蕊叶化等特点。2个重瓣品种花芽形态分化相比,一叶花原基分化晚于普贤像,但其花芽分化进程较快,雄雌蕊原基发生均早于普贤像。

【Abstract】 Flower bud development of three cultivars of Prunus lannesiana in Beijing was observed for three years. The results showed that floral bud of ‘Makino’ started developing in July and flowering at the end of March and in the beginning of April the next year. There were 5 phases of flower bud development including floral primodium differentiation phase, sepal differentiation phase, petal differentiation phase, stamen differentiation phase and carpel differentiation phase. Comparing with single flower cultivar ‘Makino’,double flower cultivars,‘Albo-rosea’ and ‘Hisakura’ had late development of floral primodium, longer lasting time of petals development, shorter time of stamens development, leaf-like development of carpels, etc. The differences between two double flower cultivars, floral primodium developed in‘‘Hisakura’ was later than that of ‘Alborosea’, with faster developing process in which stamens and carpels primodium were earlier than that of ‘Albo-rosea’.
