肉鸭生物床安全性研究

【摘要】 肉鸭生物床养殖模式是最近几年兴起的一种养殖方式,生物床垫料是否存在病原微生物和重金属超标,一直是人们关注的问题。对使用3个月、6个月、1年、2年、3年的生物床垫料中的病原微生物及重金属含量进行了检测。结果表明,3、6个月的生物床中并无影响禽类的病原微生物;1、2、3年的生物床垫料中的沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌含量较低;大多数样品的重金属含量均低于进口有机肥一级标准,仅3个月生物床垫料中的Cd、2年生物床垫料中的Zn含量高于进口有机肥一级标准但低于二级标准。研究结果表明利用生物床垫料养殖肉鸭是安全可靠的。

【Abstract】 Farming ducks on biological bed was a new feeding pattern. Whether the pathogenic microorganisms and heavy metals existed in the material of biological bed were out of normal range was the main problems. The pathogens and heavy metals in the materials of biological bed which used for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 year and 3 years were detected. The results showed that there were no poultry pathogenic microorganisms in 3 and 6 months materials of biological bed. There were very low levels of Salmonella, E. Coli in 1 year, 2 year and 3 years material. The concentrations of heavy metal in most samples were lower than the primary standard of imported organic fertilizer. Only Cd(cadmium) in three-month material and Zn(zinc) in two-year material were higher than the primary standard of imported organic fertilizer but lower than the secondary criteria. It is indicated that farming ducks on biological bed are safe and reliable.
