【摘要】 通过腹腔注射氧嗪酸钾人工复制小鼠急性高尿酸血症模型,研究复方肿节风颗粒对高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸水平的影响以及探索其降尿酸的机制。结果显示,与空白对照组相比,阳性对照组小鼠血清尿酸值极显著升高(P<0.01),表明应用氧嗪酸钾造模取得成功;与阳性对照组相比,复方肿节风颗粒高、中、低剂量组和别嘌醇对照组小鼠血清尿酸值均极显著降低(P<0.01),表明两药均有良好的降尿酸作用,且复方肿节风颗粒降尿酸作用呈一定的量效关系;各给药组小鼠肝脏匀浆中黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性与模型组相比,高、中剂量组显著降低(P<0.05),低剂量组差异不显著,提示复方肿节风颗粒降尿酸作用可能与降低XOD活性有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of compound Herba sarcandra particles on serum uric acid level in mice with acute hyperuricemia induced potassium oxonate were studied by intraperitoneal injection. The results showed that the level of serum uric acid in positive control group was significantly Lower(P<0.01) than that of normal control group, indicating that potassium oxonate could be used to make a model of hyperuricemia. Compared with the positive control, the level of serum uric acid in four treatment groups were significantly lower(P<0.01). It is indicated that compound Herba sarcandra particles and allopurinol were effective on decreasing uric acid. The compound Herba sarcandra particles had dose-effect. The activities of xanthine oxidase(XOD) in the liver homogenate of high-dose and medium-dose groups were significantly lower(P<0.05) than that of control group. It is indicated that the effects of compound Herba sarcandra particles on descending uric acid might be related with XOD activity decreasing.更多还原
