六种桂花的傅里叶变换红外光谱快速鉴别

【摘要】 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪的衰减全反射附件—OMNI采样器,对湖北咸宁所产的金桂、银桂、蒲城丹桂、硬叶丹桂、天香台阁四季桂、小叶四季桂等4个种群的6个不同品种的桂花(Osmanthus fragrans)进行了红外光谱对比分析。结果表明,6个桂花样品在1 731~1 022 cm-1区域的红外光谱吸收峰差异明显。应用衰减全反射红外光谱技术可对不同品种的桂花进行快速鉴别。

【Abstract】 OMNI sampler, the attenuated total reflection accessory of the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(ATR-FTIR), was used to collect the infrared spectra of six kinds of Osmanthus fragrans belonging to four different species including thunbergii,latifolius,aurantiacus ‘Pucheng’,aurantiacus ‘Yingye’,semperflorens ‘Tianxiangtaige’,semperflorens ‘Xiaoye’ from Xianning city, Hubei province. Results showed that the absorption peaks of the infrared spectra for different samples in the area of 1 731~1 022 cm-1were quite different from each other. The ATR-FTIR technique could rapidly identify different kinds of O. fragrans.
