温敏雄性不育小麦SCT-1育性主基因+多基因遗传模型分析

【摘要】 研究温敏雄性不育系SCT-1在四川生态环境下的育性遗传特征,为其应用提供理论依据。选用2个具一定恢复效果的品系B2183、M2003-1,分别与SCT-1杂交构建群体,利用亲本、F1及F2群体的表型数据,采用主基因+多基因遗传模型对SCT-1育性遗传特性进行分析。结果表明:SCT-1育性主要受核基因控制,2个组合F2育性均呈连续分布,具多峰、偏态现象,SCT-1/B2183组合育性遗传符合MX2-AD-AD模型,即2对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性多基因模型;SCT-1/M2003-1组合符合MX1-AD-ADI模型,即1对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因模型;2个组合中主基因遗传率分别为92.89%,91.19%,主基因对育性恢复的影响较大。聚合多个主基因的恢复材料对SCT-1杂交育种利用更为有利。

【Abstract】 In this research we try to explore the genetic characteristics of thermo-sensitive male sterility line SCT-1 in Sichuan ecological condition,in order to provide a theoretical guidance for its utilization and lay a foundation for the further breeding. We chosed two different restore lines to make the two crosses( SCT-1 / B2183,SCT-1 /M2003-1),investigated the self-setting seed in 4 populations of 2 parents( P1 and P2),F1 and F2to analyses genetic characteristics of sterility by the mixed major gene plus poly-genes genetic model method. Results showed that the genetic model MX2-AD-AD( two additive-dominance major genes plus additive-dominance poly-genes) was the most suitable model for the cross SCT-1 / B2183,while MX1-AD-ADI( one additive-dominance major genes plus additive-dominance-epitasis poly-genes) model was better fit the cross SCT-1 / M2003-1. Major-gene heritability of the two different crosses was 92. 89% and 91. 19% respectively. Major-genes have important influence in fertility,we could cultivate good restore line by converge different major-gene.
