基于工业以太网的锚索测力传感器研究

【摘要】 针对传统的锚索测力计存在测量精度低、抗干扰能力差、测量结果无法自动上传、分析和处理的问题,本文设计了一种基于工业以太网技术的巷道锚索测力传感器。重点介绍了传感器的原理及软硬件实现方案。系统硬件以STC12C5A单片机为核心,利用精密扭矩测量模块实现锚索受力的精确测量,利用RTL8019AS以太网控制芯片,实现了数据通信和共享。系统可实时、可靠地监测井下锚索受力情况,并对可能发生的安全事故做出提前预警。

【Abstract】 The traditional dynamometer for anchor cable has disadvantages of low precision,poor anti- interference ability,measurement results cannot be uploaded automatically,the comprehensive analysis of measurement results is difficult. In the paper,a dynamometer for anchor cable based on industrial Ethernet is proposed. The paper also introduces the principle and implementation of system project. It has the core of STC12C5A single- chip microcomputer,and realizes the accurate measurement of anchor stress condition by using fine torque measurement module,and realizes the data communication and sharing by using RTL8019AS Ethernet control chip. The sensor can monitor the status of anchor stress condition real- time and also can make pre- caution to the possible production accident.
