【摘要】 目前,随着我国经济的高速发展,对能源的需求也越来越大.而建筑行业是能源消耗的大户,资料显示:建筑能耗占全社会能耗的30%.在房屋建筑中采用高效的节能技术,将极大的减少我国的能源消耗量,有利于缓解我国能源紧张的情况.本文通过对公共建筑采取相应的节能技术措施,改善建筑物的保温隔热性能,从而提高人们的居住品质和工作环境,降低建筑物使用能耗,减少温室效应,让建筑物实现低能耗的运行,从而大大减少有害气体对环境的污染,加速与世界性的环保大趋势接轨.同时引入房屋质量保险制度对增强城市竞争力,保持我国经济的可持续发展和建设和谐社会,起着极为重要的作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Now,with country economy high speed development,the demand for energy is growing.The construction industry is the large energy consumption,data show that:30%of the total building energy consumption in society.Efficient use of energy efficiency in building construction technology will greatly reduce our energy consumption;will help ease tensions in Chinese energy situation.In this paper,by taking appropriate energy efficiency of public buildings,technical measures to improve the insulation performance of buildings,thereby improving the quality of people’s living and working environment,reduce energy use in buildings,reduce greenhouse gas emissions,so that the building achieve low-power operation,thus greatly reducing harmful gas pollution to the environment,accelerate the worldwide trend of environmental protection standards.While the introduction of housing quality insurance system for enhancing competitiveness,maintain sustainable development and building a harmonious society of Chinese economy,plays an extremely important role.更多还原
