锅炉紧身封闭结构设计分析
Boiler Tight Seal Structure Design Analysis
【摘要】 介绍锅炉副钢架外侧最典型的紧身封闭结构设计,从风荷载、保温墙体板抗弯强度、自攻螺钉螺纹柱强度、支撑弯板螺纹牙强度、焊缝强度等方面进行计算,认为锅炉紧身封闭结构不仅密封可靠,而且受力强度也符合要求,该结构设计可行。
【Abstract】 The most typical bounding wall enclosure architecture design of the outside of boiler’s secondary steel frame is analyzed in this paper.According to the calculation of wind load,bending resistance of the heat preservation wall,screw rod strength of the self-tapping screw,screw thread tooth strength of the supporting bent plate and the welded joint intensity,and considers that it not only seals reliably,but also meets the requirements of the pressure intensity of the bounding wall enclosure,and this architecture design is feasible.
