水溶液常温条件下制备咪唑啉硫酮类杂环化合物
Preparation of Imidazolidinethione Heterocyclic Compound in Water at Room Temperature
【摘要】 在水相中以乙二胺和二硫化碳常温反应制备2-咪唑啉硫酮,对制备条件进行了优化,探讨了不同底物对反应的影响,并通过熔点、核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱、质谱对产物进行了表征。结果表明,1,2-环己二胺、邻苯二胺、邻氨基苯酚、1,6-己二胺、盐酸萘乙二胺等底物均能适用于本反应而得到预期的产物。
【Abstract】 Using ethylenediamine and carbon disulfide as raw materials,2-imidazolinethione was prepared in water at room temperature.The effects of preparation conditions and different substrates on reaction were investigated.The products were characterized by melting point,1 HNMR,IR and MS.Results showed that,1,2-cyclohexanediamine,o-phenylenediamine,o-aminophenol,1,6-hexanediamine and naphthyl ethylenediamine dihydrochloride were applicable to the method to give the desired products.
