微米铜颗粒对Cu/LDPE/MVQ复合材料非等温结晶性能的影响
Influence of Micron Copper Particles on Non-Isothermal Crystallization Behavior of Cu/LDPE/MVQ Composite
【摘要】 采用注射成型法制备了铜/低密度聚乙烯/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(Cu/LDPE/MVQ)复合材料和低密度聚乙烯/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(LDPE/MVQ)复合材料,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了复合材料的非等温结晶行为。结果表明,随着冷却速率的加快,复合材料的结晶度逐渐增大。铜颗粒在复合材料中作为异相成核点,同时阻碍着LDPE分子链的运动。
【Abstract】 LDPE/MVQ Composite was prepared by using injection molding method.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was used to investigate the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of the composite.Micron copper particles were added into the LDPE/MVQ composite and the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of the Cu/LDPE/MVQ composite was investigated as a comparison.The results indicated that the crystallinity degree increased with the increase of the cooling rate.The copper particles dispersed in the composite acting as heterogeneous nucleation points for the crystallization of the composite and they hindered the movement of the molecule chains at the same time.
