潜孔冲击器活塞的应力强度因子有限元分析
Stress Intensity Factor of DTH Hammer Piston
【摘要】 工程中经常发生潜孔冲击器活塞沿着小径倒圆角部位断裂的问题,这主要是因为在该处存在应力集中,导致一些缺陷或微裂纹不断扩展,直至活塞断裂。通过ANSYS在活塞小径倒圆角部位建立裂纹体,求得应力强度因子,并分析活塞的内孔直径和倒圆角半径与冲击末速度对其应力强度因子的影响规律。
【Abstract】 In engineering applications,DTH hammer piston was cracked along the fillet of the smaller diameter part mainly because of the existence of stress concentration,so that some defects or micro crack expand until fracture.In this paper,using the software ANSYS,the crack body was set up in the smaller diameter fillet part of the piston,and the stress intensity factor was calculated and the influence of the borediameter(bore diameter).The radius of the fillet and the last impacting velocity on the stress intensity factor was also studied.
