不同控制策略对一类SIQR传染病模型的影响
The Influence of Different Control Strategies to a Class SIQR Epidemic Model
【摘要】 研究了SIQR传染病模型在连续接种、脉冲接种、治疗和隔离措施等不同策略下平衡点的稳定性,综合运用Routh-Hurwitz定理,LaSalle不变集原理,Lyapunov函数和脉冲微分方程理论等多种方法,获得了疾病消除的阀值.通过比较各种控制策略的有效性,说明接种和隔离措施比治疗更能有效控制疾病,同时应用三种控制策略比单独应用一种更有效.
【Abstract】 The stability of the equilibrium on SIQR epidemic model under continues vaccination,impulsive vaccination,treatment and isolation measure was studied,by using some methods,including Routh-Hurwitz theorem,LaSalle invariant set principle,Lyapunov function and impulsive differential equation theory,the threshold conditions of disease dying out were obtained. By comparing the effectiveness under kinds of control strategies, vaccination and isolation measure are more effective than treatment,and using three strategies concurrently is superior to only one for eradicating the disease.
